Currier & Ives published a group of lithographs after George H. Durrie paintings. All but one is a winter scene. Durrie painted scenes in Connecticut and was one of the best sellers for Currier & Ives.

Fair condition, good color. Overall mild toning and an ocassional fox mark. Mild toning in the lighter areas. Small tears and losses in the outer edges of the margins. Very wide margins, 3 inch side margins 2 3/4 inch top and bottom margin.
