American Classical Empire Carved Mahogany Sofa, 19th Century, white damask upholstery, carved shell armrests, gadroon carved apron, on turned and carved feet. The reverse with enamel plaque "Old Fashion Sofa" owned by Henry Bates Grubb, given May 19, 1902 as a wedding present to his great grand daughter Daisy Emily Smith
