James Young, Portsmouth, England Inlaid Mahogany Tall Case Clock, circa 1825-1830 the dial is signed in script by the clock maker, the four spandrel areas are decorated with spyglasses, anchors and compass, 31 day calendar, 60 second dial sweep, a mechanical ship bobbing dial, a shaped bonnet with brass ball and steeple top finials, diamond cut and line inlay, reeded columns, cross-banded door, on bracket base.
