Top plate depicting Philadelphia?s Liberty bell, stamped 1776 ? 1926, which unscrews to access seven columns of clay chips in red, white and blue (approximately 98 chips included). Cast iron footed base. Diam. 4 5/8. Height 2 ??. Nice souvenir set with unusual design.
