- Lot Description
1956 Lincoln Continental MK II Promo Cars Models by Revell Showroom Display. A finished wood case (25 x 22 x 7?) with Plexiglas front and shelves, containing ten individual 1/32 promo models in various colors. This display was mounted in a dealer showroom and allowed potential customers to view the car in the actual colors it was offered (in fact, it depicts a number of colors that were never produced). Cabinet is clean with clear, unblemished front and shelves, with a full size, chromed plastic Lincoln hood ornament that sits at top center; case is VF/NM; every vehicle is pristine mint. This is the first example of a full dealer promo display for any car that we?ve seen; definitely rare, and a unique opportunity for all collectors of vintage vehicles.
