The 500 Club, also known as ?The Five,? was a nightclub and supper club which operated from the 1930s until 1973 and was owned by Paul ?Skinny? D?Amato. Mason & Co. records reveal that some 8,500 chips of this design were delivered in the mid-1930s to 4 South Missouri Ave; the club?s address was 6 South Missouri Ave. In recent years, the chips have usually been offered singly or in small groups and are RARELY SEEN IN QUANTITY.
