A Pair of Automatic Toy Company Lithograph Tin Train Sets with Wind-Up Trains and Original Boxes. Staten Island, NY: Automatic Toy Company, ca. 1950s. Mystery Alpine Express. Tin layout with tin hill and train station. With wind-up two-car trolley and key in original box with pictorial lid. Layout approximately 14 x 19?. Working. Box lid has tape repairs to verso. [And]: Mystery Union Station. Tin layout with Union Station and California scenes. With three-car wind-up train (no key) in original plain printed box. Layout approximately 14 x 19?. Wind-up mechanism requires adjustment. Some general mild wear to tin toys, some wear, soiling, tears to boxes. Excellent.
