ADAMS, John Quincy (1767?1848). President?s Message. National Intelligencer?Extra. 4 December 1827. Large broadside (609 x 483 mm), old folds with few perforations, some dampstaining at lower margin. A rare printing of Adam?s message to Congress at the opening of the first session of the twentieth Congress describing his progress of negotiations with Great Britain in regard to the settlement of the northwest boundary. OCLC locates only one copy, at Harvard University.
