ADLER, Iris (American, 20th century). Female Figure Sculptural Chaise Rocker. Ca. 1980s. Laminated wood sculpture. 28 h x 75 w x 18? d. Wood figure with multiple layers with a heart shape at groin area. The plywood rocking structure is connected underneath and is in working order. The stylized figure is a tour de force of wood lamination and has fared well over time. It has a warm hue and is smooth to the touch. Surface dirt overall. Minor areas of wood loss at the head area. No areas of splits in lamination. Third party shipping required.
