Conan Doyle, Sir Arthur. Adventures of Sherlock Holmes in The Strand Magazine. London: George Newnes, 1891/1908. Publisher?s blue pictorial cloth, some with gilt edges. Comprising: Vols. 1?6; vols. 24/25; vol. 28; and vol. 36. Tall 8vos. In the second volume, the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes begins, continuing through the sixth volume, with illustrations by Sidney Paget. The subsequent volumes also contain Holmes stories or other works by Conan Doyle. Rubbed and shaken, but good overall.
