[ADVERTISEMENTS]. Archive of early 20th century magazine advertisements. American, ca. 1900s-40s. A large collection of approximately 140 advertisements, predominantly extracted from American magazines such as Life, Saturday Evening Post, Harper's, and others. Most printed in color and featuring attractive advertising illustrations for a range of products including automobiles, soda, tobacco and cigarettes, Campbell's soup, chocolate and candy, Aunt Jemima Pancakes, and more. Includes two posters, for Whistle soda and Orange Crush (not from magazines). Sizes vary, many 13 ? x 10 ?". Organized in a thick binder. Condition generally very good.
