[AMERICAN INDIANS & WESTERN]. Extensive Collection of Native Americans and Western U.S. Postcards. U.S., 20th century. Approximately 300 American Indian and Western U.S. vintage postcards. A substantial number are pre 1920, and depict Indians of various tribes, including Pueblos, Navajos, Seminoles, Zunis, Arapahos, and others, including many RPPCs, along with 3 early stereoscopic views. Various chiefs, shelters, dances, dwellings, etc. are depicted. The Western section of this collection depicts rodeos, towns, cowboys, and other typical scenes. A very good collection. Should be seen.
