Signed by prima ballerina Anna Pavlova on the half-title and signed by the publisher on the limitation-page. Original printed wrappers housed in original marbled slipcase. 4to. Illustrated with numerous plates in color or photogravure, illustrations in-text from photographs, drawings, paintings, and costume design. Spine starting; text block intact, ends frayed, wraps and edges lightly sunned, slipcase rubbed at edges and splitting; signatures bold and bright.
