[ARCHITECTURE]. WRIGHT, Frank Lloyd (1867?1959). ?? GANNETT, William C. (1840?1923). The House Beautiful. [Park Forest, Illinois: The Prairie School Press for W.R. Hasbrouck, 1963]. Small folio. Printed in red and black, illustrated with Wright?s Sullivanesque design. Original publisher?s duo?tone cloth gilt, top edge gilt, others uncut (tiny spots of rubbing at extreme ends of spine, some minor spotting to lower cover). FACSIMILE EDITION of the 1897 collaboration between Wright and Gannett printed by the Auvergne Press. Contains a small booklet sewn into front free endpaper of halftone images of trees used as formal sources for Wright?s stylistic illustrations.
