[ASTRONAUTS]. DUKE, Charlie and Dotty. Moonwalker. Nashville: Oliver Nelson, [1990]. 8vo. Illustrated. Publisher?s full red paper boards, spine lettered in gilt (some rubbing to binding, the first few leaves of the book are a bit creased and soiled (not really affecting the signatures); publisher?s printed dust jacket (some rubbing to jacket, some mild chipping to jacket at spine). Third printing, INSCRIBED BY DUKE on the front free endpaper: ?Charlie Duke 10th man to walk on the moon Apollo 16?. Also signed by Ken Mattingly (b. 1936), the command module pilot of Apollo 16 (signed beneath Duke?s inscription).
