[AVIATION]. [YEAGER, Brigadier General Charles ?Chuck" E. (1923-2020), association]. ?Bell X-1 Rocket Research Plane? X-1 Scale 1 / 32" Model. [Philippines: Toys & Models Corporation, n.d., ca. 2010s]. Scale model of Yeager's Bell X-1, in which he broke the Sound Barrier on October 14, 1947. Model approximately 13 x 10 x 3 ?", not counting the wooden stand with the informational plaque. Light wear to stand. Fine. SIGNED BY YEAGER ON THE RIGHT WING. With a photocopied COA and with a snapshot of Yeager signing a model (it is unclear if it is this particular model or another one).
