B.P. Grimaud Jeu Louis XV No. 1502 Double Deck Playing Cards in Military Gaming Box. Paris, ca. 1895. Two decks, blue and red backs, 53 cards each (the red deck sealed in inner wrapper), with sparkling gilt edges. Color chromolithography with costume designs and floral embellishments. In a period hinged wooden box with block and stencil French military imagery with lacquer finish. Overall 4 ? x 6 5/8 x 1 ??.
