Modern library binding of full turquoise cloth, spine stamped in gilt, original wrappers bound-in (some light wear to original wrappers, some minor creasing to upper corners of text). FIRST EDITION. The first World Series ever played is covered on pp. 55-62, with biographies of the winning Boston team with player photos on pp. 64-70, including legendary pitcher Cy Young.
