[BINDING]. HENDERSON, Thomas Finalyson (1844?1923). James I and VI. Paris, Edinburgh, New York, London: Goupil & Co., 1904. Folio. Color?printed portrait frontispiece, numerous full?page engravings after portraits with captioned tissue?guards, initials printed in red. Half dark blue morocco gilt, coat of arms of England (1603?1649) stamped in gilt on upper cover, raised bands, gilt lettering and centerpiece tools in compartments, top edge gilt, stamp?signed by Bickers (spine with some sunning at lower compartments, minor cockling to upper cover). LIMITED EDITION, number 36 of 800 copies printed on Fine Paper.
