[371]; [403] pp. Publisher's full green textured cloth, front board stamped in blind, spine lettered in gilt, publisher's unclipped (?25/-") dust jackets (some rubbing to cloth bindings, text and plates foxed, some dampstaining to text in volume II, bookseller's ticket on both fps.; jackets worn, soiled, spines chipped, front jacket panel of volume II dampstained).
