[BOOK DESIGN]. ARMITAGE, Merle (1893?1975). A group of 7 volumes, including: Post?Caviar. New York and Toronto: Longmans, Green & Co., 1939. ?? A Rendezvous with the Book. Brooklyn: George McKibbin & Son, 1949. ?? and several others designed by Armitage. Together, 7 works in 7 volumes, all 8vo, all in original cloth, most in original dust jackets, ALL FIRST EDITIONS of books designed by Armitage who also authored several of the titles, condition generally very good.
