Includes excerpts from Trout Fishing in America; In Watermelon Sugar; and Boo, Forever. Poems are read by Herb Caen; Peter Borg; Michael McClure; Valerie Estes; Ianthe Brautigan; and others. Creasing and fading to jacket. Bagged.Richard Brautigan was an American poet, novelist, and satirist. He is best known for his work Trout Fishing in America (1967) and In Watermelon Sugar (1968). Brautigan?s poetry garnered a cult following in the 1960s, reflecting a new age of literature within the American zeitgeist.
