FIRST TRADE EDITION, ONE OF 750 HARDCOVER COPIES PRINTED; PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY BUKOWSKI WITH 5 SMALL DRAWINGS IN BLUE BALL-POINT ON THE TITLE-PAGE: ?For Allen Berlinksi / Hank Charles Bukowski? (Bukowski here uses the common name of his real first name, Henry - Hank was also a pseudonym he used, ?Hank Chinaski?).
