BUKOWSKI, Charles, et al. Coffin 1. Eureka, CA: Hearse Press, [1964]. Edited by E.V. Griffith. LIMITED EDITION, one of 150 copies. Thick card stock portfolio (11 ? x 8 ??) with simulated woodgrain finish, title printed in dark brown, two inner folding flaps printed with copyright and list of contributors. Containing 42 various sized broadsides and leaflets (1 extra) laid in, including three small broadsides and one leaflet by Bukowski: The Paper on the Floor; Waste Basket; His Wife, The Painter; and The Old Man on the Corner; as well as contributions by Henry Miller. Housed in a custom cloth clamshell box, titled (included with printing plate), by Gibbs Bindery. Pencil inscription to inside portfolio: ?Publisher?s own copy?. FINE.
