CARDINI (Richard Valentine Pitchford, 1895 – 1973). ? Cardini ? Die Weltsensation des Lachens. Berlin, 1933. Two-color poster advertising the Suave Deceiver's appearance at the Jewish-owned Kabarett der Komiker months after Hitler came to power. Approximately 27 x 19”. Mounted to a folio-size album page with a partial typed description of Cardini’s act on three sheets affixed to the verso. Browned, chipped, and tape stained; sold as-is.
