[xii], [1]-[310] pp. Publisher's light brown cloth, front board and spine stamped in dark brown (spine a bit toned, some rubbing, soiling, bumping to binding, rfep missing, some soiling in text). Good. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING WITH DATE ON TITLE-PAGE AND COPYRIGHT PAGE, AND FIRST ISSUE OF STAMPING ON BINDING.
