[282] pp. Publisher's full orange vellum, stamped in gilt, publisher's plain dust jacket, slipcase [and:] publisher's full marbled boards, spine with brown gilt morocco lettering label, slipcase (some wear, toning to jacket, slipcases worn, sunned, soiled, with some splitting). Generally near fine or better. TWO DIFFERENT ISSUES OF THE SIGNED LIMITED FIRST EDITION; #135/199 AND #365/619 COPIES SIGNED BY CATHER.
