Publisher?s greyish-blue cloth stamped in dark blue; dust jacket (chipping to extremities). Second printing, movie tie?in edition to the 1946 film starring George Montgomery and Nancy Guild with original title of The High Window at spine and on pages. ?? The High Window. New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1946. Publisher?s blue cloth (toning and rubbing to boards). Third printing. ?? (2) The High Window. Cleveland and New York: The World Publishing Co., 1945.
