Evans, Chick. Chick Evans? Golf Book. Chicago: Thos. E. Wilson, (1921). First trade edition. Olive cloth lettered in gilt. Full-page inscription by the author on the front flyleaf, dated Christmas 1962, to Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Wanzer III, of the famous Chicago dairy and creamery of the same name, signed ?Chick.? Sixty-five halftone illustrations. 8vo. Lower half of dedication page torn out; cloth lightly frayed at extremities.
