[CHILDREN'S AND ILLUSTRATED BOOKS]. Pair of Modern First Illustrated Trade Editions. [V.p.: Penn Publishing and Charles Scribner's Sons, 1922, 1917]. 4tos. Illustrated. Publisher's black cloth bindings, pictorial labels on front boards, spines lettered in gilt (some light rubbing, soiling). Near fine. Ink ownership stamp on both title-pages, Child's Garden? with presentation sticker on half-title. Titles include: Blackbeard Buccaneer by Ralph D. Paine, illustrated by Frank E. Schoonover; A Child's Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson, illustrated by Jessie Willcox Smith.
