[CIGARETTE CARDS]. A Group of 53 ?Between the Acts & Bravo Cigarettes? Cards of Actors and Actresses. [New York: Between the Acts Cigarettes, ca. 1890s-1910s]. Cards with tinted portraits of actors or actresses with advertising information on versos. Approximately 3 x 1 ??. Some general wear, soiling, some cards with scuffing on verso or creasing; three cards with cigarette logo neatly trimmed away from upper margins. Generally very good (all ungraded). Actors or actresses include Sarah Bernhardt (three different cards), Joseph Jefferson (two different cards), Lizzie Webster, Edwin Forrest, Marion Booth, Mrs. Langtree, Mrs. Scott Siddons (Sarah), and many more.
