Extensive archive of hundreds of pieces of letters and letterhead from American circuses, and circus and theatrical acts, of the early to mid-20th century. Includes blank examples as well as many with typed and autograph content, including autographs of: Zack Terrell, Charles Ringling (signed check), Henry Ringling North, Emmett Kelly, Merle Evans, Arthur Concello, and others. Letterheads include: Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey, Hagenbeck-Wallace, Mighty Haag, R.B.B.B., Sparks, Sells-Floto, and many others. From the Zweifel-Circus Hall of Fame, Sarasota Collection.
