Lippincott & Co., 1866. 8vos. 2 volumes. 392; 488 pp. Publisher's full brown cloth, boards ruled in blind, spines stamped in gilt (spines toned and edgeworn, some rubbing, light soiling to boards, front endleaves of volume I with pencil notations, bookseller's tickets on both ffeps., a few gutters overopened, text a bit toned).
