Chicago: R. R. Donnelley & Sons, Company, 1911. 8vo. Illustrated. 484 pp. Bound in later half red morocco over red cloth boards, spine lettered in gilt in compartments, four raised bands (binding worn, soiled; hinges reinforced, some gutters overopened or cracked, occasional soiling in text). Very good. FIRST EDITION. And: SMITH, John Day. The History of the Nineteenth Regiment of Maine Volunteer Infantry 1862-1865. Minneapolis, MN: The Great Western Printing Company, 1909. Illustrated. 356 pp. Bound to style in modern half blue leatherette over blue marbled boards, spine stamped in gilt (text a bit toned). Fine. FIRST EDITION.
