Illustrated. 817, [1, blank] pp. Publisher's full purple cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt and red, spine stamped in blind, marbled endleaves, publisher's credit sticker for Charles McKenna on title-page (spine a bit toned, rubbed, light wear, soiling to boards, text with occasional soiling).
