CLARK, Keith (Pierre-Jacques Fays, 1908 ? 79). Five Variety Show Posters. British and European, 1930s. Including color posters for shows at the London Palladium, Alhambra (Leicester Square), Garrick (Southport), and two from the continent. The magician appears on each bill in combination with a range of artists, including Ethel Barrymore and the Cristiani family. Largest 16 x 47?. Sold together with several billheads lacking the balance of the poster, and several theater journals featuring Clark in his early days on the cover. From Keith Clark?s own collection.
