Illustrated. 160 pp. Publisher's special binding of full black cloth, front board and spine stamped in gilt, publisher's acetate jacket and slipcase (acetate jacket a bit wrinkled at spine, slipcase with minor rubbing and occasional faint soiling). Fine. FIRST DELUXE EDITION, AMERICAN ISSUE, #186/250 SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR. Laid-in are two typed letters signed by the publisher (H. Keith Burns) to Louis A. Irmo. From the Collection of Louis A.
