COOK, Howard N. (American, 1901-1980). Portrait of Girl in Blue. [Circa 1930s]. Charcoal and color pastel sketch on brown paper. Signed lower right margin. Labeled ?The City Library Association, Springfield Museum of Fine Arts? on verso, embossed with their stamp lower right corner. Approx. 36 x 28 ??. Unframed sheet. Pinholes in corners and along edges. Creased upper left. Some edgewear. Several tears along the right side measuring 3?; 3?; 1 ??. Good/fair condition.
