[COOKERY]. [PHOTOGRAPHY]. FOX, Minnie C. The Blue Grass Cook Book. New York: Fox, Duffield & Co., 1904. With 11 black-and-white photographs (including frontispiece) by A.L. Coburn (1882-1966) showing Black cooks in the process of preparing meals, and one illustrative plate not by Coburn. 8vo. Introduction by novelist John Fox, Jr. (brother of the author). Original blue buckram stamped in dark blue. FIRST EDITION.
Condition
General rubbing, soiling; front hinge separating, light foxing, front flyleaf out. Ownership marks on fep rubbed-out, damaging the paper. Good.
