Publisher?s printed wrappers (torn and soiled). Pages uniformly browned around text block. 96pp. 8vo. Spine all but perished, wraps just holding. RARE. From the library of psychic researcher Eric Dingwall, with his typed note on the publication laid in stating that this is one of the earliest works on the subject of spiritualism.
