- Lot Description
[CORRESPONDENCE] Group of Manuscripts and Correspondence of Magician John Park. Principally Lancashire, England, 1930s/50s. Assortment of manuscripts, letters, and packet tricks belonging to John Park. Includes a stack of his handwritten instructions for tricks with rope, cigarettes, cards, coins, and small tabletop apparatus, often some illustrated with diagrams; a letter from W. Geary of the Leeds Inner Magic Circle with hand-drawn diagrams of the Demon Dove Production and Vanish; two letters from Eric Wilson on ?Funnidrome? letterhead, both with ink diagrams of magic effects; and several packet tricks and a group of jumbo playing cards.
