Woodcut frontispiece; woodcut in-text conjuring illustrations. 12mo. Ownership signature of a Horace Brotherton, dated 1873, to the front flyleaf and scattered throughout the text. Preface leaf (A3) lacking but bound in facsimile. Light spotting; scattered small repairs mended with Japanese paper. Bookplate of Stanley Collins laid in loosely. Toole Stott 210.
