Deauville American Film Festival Prix du Jury Sp?ciale Deauville Silver Bowl Presented to the Wachowskis with Accompanying Certificate for Bound. 1996. Prix du Jury silver bowl award engraved with floral elements presented to the Wachowskis for Bound with accompanying certificate. Bowl height 11?, diam. 15?; certificate framed 17 x 21?. The Deauville American Film Festival has been staged in Deauville, France since 1975 and began to award prizes for feature and short films in 1995. Bound was tied with Welcome to the Dollhouse for the Prix du jury speciale Deauville prize at the 1996 Deauville American Film Festival. Barcode on frame verso identifying piece as property of Ravenswood Kinowerks, Inc. Provenance: The Wachowskis.
