Decatur 5 Cent Countertop Fairest Wheel Cigar Trade Stimulator. Decatur: Decatur Fairest Wheel Works, ca. 1890s. Gravity-driven spinning wheel with numbers in wooden case, windows on both sides. With coin receiving area at bottom Upright painted wheel inside a glass covered wooden cabinet; wheel is spun when a nickel is deposited. Wheel is above a small glass-covered area with a swiveling trapdoor which drops nickels into a larger glass-covered storage area. 14 x 5 ? x 21 ??. Larger glass storage area is missing the rear glass panel, wheel needs adjustment (it doesn?t spin), some general mild wear, soiling. Good.
