Publisher?s cloth?backed pictorial boards printed in red and blue (covers dust soiled with spotting to lower board, front inner hinge partially broken). FIRST EDITION of this collection of humorous verses on the subject of animals that was reportedly the model for Hilaire Belloc?s Bad Child?s Book of Beasts.
