DOWNS, T. Nelson (1867-1938). The Art of Magic. Chicago: Arthur Felsman, 1921. 8vo. Illustrated. Bright red cloth stamped in black. SECOND EDITION.
Condition
Hinges starting with minor wear at extremities. Light spotting. Several paste-ins to endpapers including articles from The Linking Ring magazine and a memorial dedication. Very good.
- Provenance
Bearing the ownership inscription of clown and juggler "George DeMott, Millville, Pa." on the ffep above a pasted-in throw-out card depicting Downs. Also with the library stamp of Frank Rolland Furkey.
