Downs, T. Nelson. T. Nelson Downs ALS and Letterhead. The letter dated July 18, 1908 [?], and address and written in Downs? unmistakable script to Neil Weaver, explaining that he will join his fellow magician, and asking for directions, and stating that he will arrive alone, and signed ?T. Nelson Downs.? On uncommon pictorial letterhead bearing a portrait of the famous manipulative magician. Sold together with an unused Downs letterhead bearing vignettes of his hands performing various coin sleights, the latter mounted to paper.
