Downs, Thomas Nelson. T. Nelson Downs? Tambourine Silk Production. Circa 1905. Set of two nickel-plated rings with which an ersatz tambourine may be constructed. Poking through the paper drumhead, the magician then produces a quantity of silk handkerchiefs from within. Nickel-plated bands, diameter 6 ??. Sold with a Downs business card, and accompanied by a letter of provenance tracing the ownership of the rings from Downs to John Snyder, to John Braun, to Ken Klosterman.
