London and New York: Cassell & Company, Charles Scriber?s Sons, [1928]. 4to. 12 color?printed plates by Dulac. Contemporary half green morocco gilt, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers (tiny spot of rubbing at foot). LIMITED EDITION, number 204 of 1,000 copies SIGNED BY DULAC.
