Collection of approximately 17 pieces, including early and mid-19th century clipped advertisements for American circuses in newspapers, most with wood-engraved illustrations. Shows include: Dan Rice?s Great Show; Yankee Robinson?s; Welch & Mann?s Mammoth Circus; Welch, Delavan and Nathan?s Circus; Van Amburgh; W.C. Coup Monster Shows; Spalding & Rogers; and others.
